CASH DISTRIBUTION PLAN

INTEREST DISBURSEMENT:

A SINKING FUND account (see info on Sinking Fund below) has been established

to hold up to $1,200,000 dollars to ensure the two percent (2%) Bi Annual interest Cash Distributions are disbursed on time to all partners.

INTEREST CHECKS will be DISBURSED BI-ANNUALLY to ALL PARTNERS approximately FOURTEEN (14) DAYS after the end of the fiscal year.

4. $10,000 CASH DISTRIBUTION BONUS! ("REQUIRED MINIMUM")

To ensure that 2% bi-annual (4% PER YEAR for 2 YEARS) Cash Distributions will be made on time to our partners a Sinking Fund Account will be set up in an amount up to $1,200,000 as a back-up, to enable the Company to make Cash Distributions to the members if there is not cash available for distribution from other sources during such 24 month period.

The Company may use the balance of the Sinking Fund as a reserve to provide contingency funds to cover cost overruns or to add to the budget for the movie.

To our knowledge, no other movie investment has ever offered the security of a "Sinking Fund". Most film investments don't pay anything to investors

before the movie is sold or distributed.

On most other film investments your money would

earn nothing while the movie is being made!

In most cases investors would typically see no returns

or any money for two to three years or longer!

The payout plan is designed to pay the partners back their original investment capital as soon as possible. Up until all of the investor partners have been paid back 100% of their original capital contribution they will be paid 60% of all Distributable Cash.

The COMPANY WILL RECEIVE ONLY FORTY PERCENT (40%) of the DISTRIBUTABLE CASH

until all of the Investors have been paid back 100% of their original capital contribution in FULL.

After all partners have been made whole the disbursement ratio for the DISTRIBUTABLE CASH

will then ADJUST to FIFTY / FIFTY (50% / 50%). FIFTY PERCENT (50%) to the PARTNERS

and FIFTY PERCENT (50%) to the COMPANY.

This 60% to 40% disbursement enables investors to recoup their original investment capital back at a quicker rate and also further reduces the risk for loss.

For the COMPANY and for the PARTNERS, since the faster the company pays back the partners could lower the amount of potential interest the company will have to pay.

As a "hands on" producer Talbot will take little or no money for many major production jobs that he does in the creation of "The Gangster Zone". This helps to lower our pre-production and production costs. Many of those are positions where people are usually paid a lot of money for their work, far in advance of the film being sold.
